Our Bulkhead Reinforcement Kit was race tested for two seasons before we released it.
The front and rear bulkhead reinforcement plates strengthen the A arm pivot point locations to keep the ski spindle Caster and Camber correct for proper steering geometry.
This kit also comes with (weld on) steel top A arm braces to keep the top A arm from bending like 200’s prone to do.
Kit comes with all the parts shown above.
NOTE: Welding is required to install parts of this kit and should only be done by an experienced welder.
NOTE: The bulkhead plates are bolt on without modification, if bulkhead is damaged you need to do some straightening to install kit for proper bolt alignment.
