If your son or daughter is getting bigger and you feel the need for more speed and power, this is the way to go. The GX200 engine will work with your stock clutch or our race clutch.
Performance Upgrades :
STAGE 1:
We use a new Honda GX200 engine and install a new heavier governor spring for higher rpms, we install stronger valve springs to handle the higher rpms install a custom velocity stack for more air flow and an adjustable main jet to allow the engine jetting to be tuned for temperature and altitude. This stage increases performance by almost 1HP over stock.
STAGE 2:
We remove the head and put a special 3 angle cut on the valves and seats, port and polish the intake and exhaust ports, add a big bore carb for better flow, machine head gasket surface for higher compression, and dyno engine for peak performance.

LIGHTING COIL OPTION:
Includes flywheel and lighting coil to run lights on the sled.
