ORDERING

Fax your order to us using our NEW Order Form or Call in your next day air orders Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST). Please include your complete shipping address and daytime telephone number in case we have any questions. You may now order on-line with your credit card on our secure shopping cart system. Anyone wanting to order next day delivery or you are outside of the US or Canada you must phone in your order.

DELIVERY

Fax and Phone orders received by 12:00 pm are normally shipped the same day. On-line orders received before 8:00 pm are processed and shipped the next day. Within the United States allow 4 to 5 days delivery. Within Canada please allow 10 to 15 days.

PAYMENT

All orders are shipped C.O.D., certified check or money order. No personal checks accepted, Visa and Master Card are accepted. No open accounts. Alaska and Canada required VISA, MasterCard or prepaid only. Visa and Master Card only on On-line orders.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped United Parcel Service, regular ground delivery. Next day, second day air or third day air is available upon request. UPS COD charge on shipments is $5.00 per shipment. On-line orders are shipped UPS regular ground, second day air, or Canada Standard. A $5.00 handling charge is added to all orders.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Indicate damaged when you sign for the shipment. Keep the shipping carton. All damages and shortages must be reported within 10 days of invoice date.

BACK ORDERS

Back orders are automatically shipped when available. Back orders over 30 days old are cancelled and must be reordered.

CATALOG CONTENT

We reserve the right to change pricing and/or style of parts at any time without notice and without further obligation.

DEALERS

Applications are available by contacting Recreational Motorsports. We reserve the right to refuse dealer set up to any account not meeting dealer requirements.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Refused packages are subject to a $20.00 restocking fee plus freight charges in their next order.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

All merchandise must receive authorization from Recreational Motorsports within 30 days on invoice date. Returns must be received within 15 days. All returns are subject to inspection for determination of refund. Returned merchandise must be unused and in resalable condition and have a copy of the original invoice. No returns on special order items.

PARTS INSTALLATION/FITMENT POLICY

Snowmobiles can be dangerous. Recreational Motorsports has no control over the use of any part. Recreational Motorsports expects the customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. Recreational Motorsports assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of misuse, improper installation and improper application of any parts in any way by any person.

BRAND NAMES

Brand names are used as reference only. Some part numbers used or mentioned, are also used as reference only. Our intention is that our products can be used on your customers vehicles. No products in our catalog are made as replacement parts by or with the permission of the OEM's.

DISCLOSURE OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

To protect the Credit Card holder’s privacy, Recreational Motorsports will not disclose any information about the Credit Card holder’s transactions to any person, except as follows:

  • As necessary to complete transactions;
  • To verify the existence of the Credit Card holder’s financial institution or to a credit bureau;
  • To comply with government agency or court orders;
  • To Recreational Motorsports employees, auditors, other Service Providers, attorneys or collection agents in the course of their duties;
  • To persons authorized by law in the course of their official duties;
  • or If the Credit Card holder gives us written permission.
